The Office of the Provost advises on the process for research faculty appointments and hiring activities are coordinated by the schools and units.

The Office of Postdoctoral Affairs advises on the process for postdoctoral fellow appointments and hiring activities are coordinated by the schools and units.

Important Notices

Update June 2025: Consistent with the June 10 University community message that states there are no merit increases, the postdoc minimum salary remains at $61,008 at this time.

Pay Rate Reminder for New or Reappointed Postdoctoral Scholars (April 26, 2024)

Salaries for new Research Associates, Senior Research Associates, Clinical Research Associates, Senior Clinical Research Associates hired from outside the university cannot be less than the Postdoc minimum salary of $61,008. 
Those transferring within the university from a Postdoctoral position to a one of these positions should receive their previous salary or the Postdoc minimum salary, whichever is more.
